Staley's sent Mike for my regular HVAC yearly checkup. I had water on the floor in my basement and asked Mike to check it out. Even though he was there for the air conditioner, he went to the basement and found a broken pipe. He called a plumber, Greg. While Greg fixed the leak, Mike checked the AC. They were both professional, efficient, and polite. ( Mike even fixed my screen door so it wouldn't slam) You have to love Staley's and the people they hire. Thanks to all of you,
We had a great experience with Staleys from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and showed up on time. The plumber explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and left everything clean afterward. I hired this company to install a brand new hot water heater. During that installation, they discovered my pipe leaking and repaired that also. Dan and Don did a GREAT job!!! I am very happy and will be calling this company for all my plumbing needs!! They are the best by far and I will definitely recommend them to everyone i know!! Had Staley heating and plumbing come out to fix a coupe issues because of the job before got here later but I understand working in the trade field before, Anthony came out and was able to fix the first issue and was polite and professional he did a great job and was up front and was easy to work with, I will for sure be calling them back to finish the other job. Great company and up front had honest, called 3 other plumbers and only heard from one who never showed. If you have a issue give them a call great overall experience

I had five companies quote me on a new furnace. Staley's was the only one honest enough to inform me that my existing furnace was still under factory warranty. The other companies ignored this fact and provided quotes costing thousands of dollars. Because of that honesty, Staley's secured the job and gained a new customer. Had emergency with Sump Pump overheating and running continuously. Staley's were abrupt fast and took care of me within approx 1 hr on emergency basis. Josh stayed in touch explained what the possible problem could be as well as plan to possible replace. I found Josh to be knowledgeable, professional, and on time. He was pleasant to have in my home and most of all gave me peace of mind. Staley's is my plumber of choice for all my services and I trust them. Thank you Josh for relieving my anxiety and the timely replacement of a new Sump Pump.
