Anthony came out to work on our water heater. It was very difficult to troubleshoot. Anthony needed to reschedule his next appointment to stay with us. He said he didn't want to leave us without hot water in the cold weather when we had two young children. Unfortunately, no repairs would work and we decided we needed a new unit. We scheduled the installation for the next day.
Dan and Josh came over the next day to install the unit. While they were getting ready to remove the old unit, they tried one last fix on it... and it worked! They could have easily charged me for a new unit, instead they just charged me for a short visit.
These guys aren't just looking to upsell you or make quick buck, they are genuinely trying to help regular people keep the hot water running.
Staley’s is Awesome. My furnace broke down on coldest day of the year (go figure). Scott was able to give me a same day estimate, explained the process and differences in units in an extremely easy to understand way. Pricing was way better then I was expecting. They scheduled my furnace install the next day and even dropped off extra space heaters before they could do the install to help us keep the house warm. 10/10 would never choose another company for HVAC.

Josh Torres was the service guy for our furnace. Outstanding young man very responsible very polite and very personable. We would have him back in our home to do other repairs anytime. He did quality job replacing the collector box on our furnace!

Connor came today and installed a new faucet in my upstairs bathroom and repaired the leaking hose and shut off valve to my refrigerator. He asked me what work I needed done, explained what he had to do and made suggestions for future work I need to take care of. Thank you Connor for being so professional and prompt. This is the second or third time I've had this company and would recommend them to anyone.
