Anthony was excellent. He thoroughly explained in detail what I needed. He responded quickly by text & phone call when I had questions. He was polite & professional.

My hot water heater died last week. Called Staleys, got a fair price on a new tank. Dan (super nice guy) came out and did the install. Two hours later we were up and running. I use Staleys for all of my plumbing, and heating & cooling needs.

It's been a long time since we've had a home service from a technician like Anthony from Staley's. Anthony was pleasant, courteous, thorough and effective. He came prepared and replaced two leaking toilet flush valves in short order and attended to an outside faucet connection problem. We chose Staley's based on previous similar experiences in past years.

Came to give us a quote on a new AC unit next day. Was able to install the new we decided on the very next day after that. We had a concern with banging when the unit turned off after installation, they came out same day that I called them to fix the problem with the existing duct work causing the banging. The owner called to followup after the install and problem fix to ensure we were happy with our service. Competitive pricing with surrounding companies. Would recommend them. Install looks clean and professional.
A year later - we called staleys out for our water heater and spigot replacement and they again did an amazing job. Pricing was very reasonable, jobs completed quickly, they showed up on time.

Called around at 9pm at night and staleys gave us the best price and we’re out in a hour to replace our sump pump as our basement was flooding due to the bad storm, the tech was fantastic and very professional!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE !! technician "Will" came out within an hour of emergency service call on Sunday morning to fix dead furnace and water heater following flooded basement due to recent rains. His professionalism and quality of work went way above my expectations and he replaced control board for furnace and diagnosed and repaired air filter clogging issue on water heater. Will definitely call them again for any future needs, and recommend them highly.

They responded immediately and within less than a day someone showed up to help with my broken furnace. They simply get things done, which is exactly what we need when it comes to urgent problems like my furnace stopped working and I need it immediate action. They charge reasonably as well.
