Called around at 9pm at night and staleys gave us the best price and we’re out in a hour to replace our sump pump as our basement was flooding due to the bad storm, the tech was fantastic and very professional!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE !! technician "Will" came out within an hour of emergency service call on Sunday morning to fix dead furnace and water heater following flooded basement due to recent rains. His professionalism and quality of work went way above my expectations and he replaced control board for furnace and diagnosed and repaired air filter clogging issue on water heater. Will definitely call them again for any future needs, and recommend them highly.

They responded immediately and within less than a day someone showed up to help with my broken furnace. They simply get things done, which is exactly what we need when it comes to urgent problems like my furnace stopped working and I need it immediate action. They charge reasonably as well. Highly recommended.

I have had many service providers for our home since 1996 on drywall/plumbing/heating etc. and never seen one come to close to being as excellent as Staley's. I am glad a friend of ours refer to us this company when replacing our furnace in 2024. Also recently they had to some work in our house and they did an excellent job. They are true professionals and their price is highly comparable to the competitors with similar products. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing services/products.

Staley's has saved us twice now during the cold weather. First, ten years ago, they replaced our 30 year old furnace that went out the week before Christmas. Two days ago, it stopped working and needed a small part replaced. I called them and they came out the same day. It was diagnosed and repaired quickly. We only spent a couple hours in the cold. The technician was courteous, thorough, and explained everything in detail. Thank you again for the excellent service !!

Marc came out to help with an issue with my garbage disposal, but being a newer home owner he took it upon himself to give me a few tips from my water heater, furnace, and sinks.
My mom always used Staley’s and they always gave her great service. She never had a bad experience with them or their employees.
I will continue using them and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

They were able to come out within an hour of me calling, addressed the issue right away, got the part, installed it and my tenant was back up and running with hot water right away!!
